About Dr. Chittamuri
Dr. Chittamuri is a general dentist who has spent most of her career caring for patients in Montgomery County, Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (State University of New York) in 2016, then built her skills in a range of dental settings in Pennsylvania, Silver Spring and Timonium before taking over Shady Grove Dental Care in Rockville.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Southern Maryland Dental Society, and she speaks English, Hindi and Telugu with patients. Sara and Elisa on our front desk team also speak Spanish.
She regularly attends continuing education courses so her patients benefit from current techniques and technology, from iTero 3D digital scans to gentle laser treatment for the gums.
